Milton opened the envelope and inside were a pair of novelty X-Ray Specs and two cans of Fart Spray.

It’s got to be from HAHAHA … the Pièce de Résistance.

He put on the glasses and peered intently through the tiny holes in the cardboard lenses. The X-Ray Specs made him feel woozy but revealed no secret knowledge.

Milton cradled the pink and green cans of Fart Spray in his age-spotted hands. He sprayed both cans out in front of him, the twin plumes of mist merging. Milton gasped, first from the powerful blast of sour methane and rotten eggs, then from the words that seemed to magically appear in the air in front of him.
